I am an independent consultant providing interim assistance with technical accounting, audit preparation, external audits, SEC reporting and other accounting projects, for both public and private companies, large and small. Having consulted in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2007, and with broad and extensive experience, I can step-in and make an immediate contribution.
